Why is my battery not charging?
Please make sure your battery is seated properly on the contact points and that the contact pins have not been damaged in any way.
Why is my battery neither connecting nor being recognized by the app?
If the battery appears on the LCD but not on your app, then the issue lies in the communication between the GO and the app, not actually with the battery itself.
A quick reboot of the app will result in the proper data being displayed again.
If the LCD doesn't show the battery, then there might be an issue with either the battery or its port. Take one battery and try it in each of the ports, then repeat the process with the second battery.
If both batteries only work in one port, you'll know the other port is defective.
If one of the batteries doesn't work in either of the ports, it's certain that the battery is defective.

How do I make sure my battery is in top condition?
When you're not using your GO continuously, it's a good idea to remove the batteries from it.
This is especially advisable if you'll not use the GO for more than 3 days. In a case like that please remove the batteries and store them in a cool, dry place.
If you know you'll not use the GO for more than 3 months, make sure to fully charge the batteries at least once every 3 months. This is to ensure that the battery doesn't discharge below the minimum threshold and thus to avoid damage to the battery.
